Job Purpose
The Tooling Engineer leads the engineering team in all aspects of tooling. Must have strong design, development, fabrication, testing, documentation, maintenance, and roll forming, stamping and Metal forming. The right candidate will have strong project management, process improvement and design experience.
Requirments
o Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering or related field.
o Minimum 10 years working experience in metal tool development and tool design.
o Solid experience in roll forming and stamping applications. Ability to solve roll forming problems
and/or improve efficiency of cycle time.
o Familiar with stamping and roll forming tool fabrication processes, various tool steels and parts
standards.
o Experience in managing external tool shops or experience to develop tools with multiple
suppliers.
o Good understanding of tooling cost structure and/or experience in managing tool quotes.
o Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to drive projects and provide
instructions/improvement recommendations to tool makers for solving problems.
o Strong project management skills with the ability to independently manage Gantt charts, project
budgets, and resources.
o Familiar with 3D CAD software, such as Inventor and SolidWorks, and experience in PDM
software.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
