Bilingual Marketing Director SNF/LTC
We have a great opportunity for a Bilingual (Spanish speaking) SNF/LTC Marketing Director for our SNF/LTC Facility. As the Marketing Director you will insure coordinated operations between the agency and hospitals, physicians and
community
organizations. You will also work with case managers, discharge planners and other appropriate referral sources of health personnel to provide the highest quality of care. You will represent our company and its
services
in a competent professional and responsive manner and maintain standards of high quality customer service in compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines.
Essential Job Expectations and Procedural Responsibilities
1. Obtain valid Medicare and other referrals as outlined in the offer letter or established by marketing management.
2. Obtains authorization for SNF services from primary physicians.
3. Maintains forms, reports, and statistical data including input into marketing tracking application.
4. Participates in expos, health fairs, and other marketing venues when requested.
5. Submits timely and accurate expense reports within budget allotted.
6. Pre-plan daily & weekly sales activities.
7. Cold calling Facilities, such as; Hospitals, Physician Offices to establish relationshipsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
