We are currently recruiting for a Contract Corporate Attorney for our client, a premier law firm in the Loop.
The Ideal candidate must have 4 - 10 years of corporate law firm experience including mergers & acquisitions, finance, private equity, joint venture, and general corporate experience. Successful candidates will have excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills, accurate and strong attention to detail, high level of organization, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and people. Superior academic credentials and admission to the IL bar are required.
Large or mid-size law firm experience preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
