Our client, a large, full-service marketing agency is seeking a Creative Recruiter on an ongoing freelance basis.
The ideal candidate will come with agency experience and understand the creative space. Positions that you would recruit for could include but not be limited to; web designers, print designers, art directors, copywriters, creative directors, UX designers/researchers, front end web developers, project managers, proofreaders and the like.
The Creative Recruiter will source and vet candidates and coordinate internal interviews and the on-boarding process. To be considered for this role please have:
- Previous recruiting experience for the creative space with freelance and full-time positions
- Past experience within an agency setting and understand the needs, processes and inner workings of advertising and marketing agencies
- An outgoing personality with a can-do, people friendly personality
- A proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, constantly changing environment
- A passion for the creative industry
