Supports health centers and administrative departments managers/directors in the understanding of their monthly financial statements through detailed analysis
Works closely with manager to implement necessary changes based upon analysis and department needs
Prepares monthly productivity analysis (encounters by health centers, providers productivity, etc)
Prepares Return of Investment analysis for prospective health center acquisitions, addition of new business line or provider, etc
Assist managers and directors with productivity variance analysis, and any other assistance requested by managers and directors
Assists in the planning and development of regional, departmental and/or functional budgets
Prepares special accounting/financial reports as neededEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
