The Assistant General Counsel is responsible for handling employment law and professional liability related matters. In particular, he or she will provide counsel and representation in connection with employment law matters, civil and regulatory subpoenas and litigations, electronic discovery matters, and miscellaneous other legal matters. Responsibilities will also include providing informal day to day training on legal developments to HR and management, formulating and revising HR policies, and assisting with managing outside counsel on employment related matters.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
