General Summary
Whole Foods Market - Midwest Region, is seeking qualified candidates interested in joining store leadership. The Career Development Associate Team Leader (CD ATL) training program, integrates on the job training with a comprehensive, hands on operational experience within a variety of store locations and departments within the Midwest Region. The program prepares individuals to be successful leaders at Whole Foods Market, aligning required leadership and operational skills with continual focus on modeling Whole Foods Market Core Values, vision, goals and the Customer Service Commitment. Candidates must be prepared to work at all locations within the Metro Market they are hired to support. In addition, the CD ATL will be required to work a varied schedule that will include, opening, closing and mid-shifts, as well as nights, weekends and holidays.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed in support of the assigned location and/or Whole Foods Market.
1. Will receive On-the-Job team/departmental training within multiple stores in the assigned Metro Market.
2. Will support stores and teams operationally, where CD ATL training is scheduled.
3. Will work with numerous trainers, mentors, team members and members of store leadership and apply feedback provided by each stakeholder group.
4. Will work closely with Team Leader and Associate Team Leaders to ensure smooth operation of the department.
5. Will support the management of inventory and pricing to achieve required margin and labor targets.
6. Will develop and maintain creative store layout and product merchandising to support the Regional and Global Whole Foods Market vision.
7. Will support the accurate weekly, monthly and annual management of various reports.
8. Will aquire and maintain required retail execution standards.
9. Will learn and embrace and model, the _Customer Service Commitment_.
10. Will assist in the interviewing, training, development and counseling processes of all Team Members in a manner which builds and sustains a high performing team and minimizes turnover.
11. Will establish and maintain a positive work environment, which encourages an exceptionally high level of Team Member morale.

Education and/or Experience
Minimum of three years of related leadership experience , or equivalent combination of training/education within a leadership program and related work experience.
Retail experience preferred.
Grocery Retail experience strongly desired.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
