is seeking an Analyst to serve in a multi-faceted role within the PMO. This is a new role created to assist with operational, coordination, administrative, analysis and reporting needs within the IT/Product Development departments as well as the broader organization. As the PMO Analyst, you will develop positive relationships with VP's, Directors, Managers and staff to enable the PMO to provide support including facilitation, tracking and reporting.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
Define, implement and execute a Reporting cadence calendar representing numerous reporting needs and activities primarily related to the Cars Product and IT departments for various reporting and information needs. Including but not limited to:
Product/IT Release activity.
Product Team Health metrics.
Time Tracking/ Investment analysis.
IT Operations.
Senior Mgt. weekly/monthly summary.
Initiative/Project related updates .
Coordinate/facilitate the Monthly IT Management meeting and content gathering, aggregation from Managers, Directors and VP's.
Collate of status reporting across multiple programs and business functions.
Administrate and support of our Time Tracking system.
Monitor and perform quality assurance of information within the Product Development Dashboard (PMD).
Maintain Product Team rosters and staff assignments.
Provide assistance to maintain and update existing process frameworks and disciplines necessary to support the PMO.
Monitor and ensure established Initiative tracking is adhered to.
Coordinate, facilitate and/or lead various small to mid-size special projects as needed.
Coordinate, attend and take meeting minutes, compile and distribute summaries and action plans.
Other duties assigned by manager.
Required Skills
Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness
Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Strong multi - tasking and organizational skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Requires minimal follow-up
Demonstrates extensive abilities as a team player and willing to go above beyond for the greater good of the team
Solid understanding of Agile based development methodologies and techniques
Required Experience
At least two years of relevant experience
Experienced user of MS Office including Visio
Desired experience with SharePoint 2013
Desired experience with Replicon
Desired experience with Version 1
Desired experience in online Product Development and eCommerce
