Position Overview
As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for efficient operation of the kitchen (majority of time is in BOH), ensuring that guests enjoy a pleasurable dining experience. Key responsibilities include guest interaction, management of operating standards for service, facility and equipment in the restaurant, ensuring staffing and training of the service team, financial forecasting, scheduling employees and other typical managerial tasks.
Qualifications:
must be in a GM title in their current position and for the last 2 years
3-5 years experience in the restaurant industry in both Fast Casual & Quick Service
Must have BOH/Kitchen experience
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and associates
Qualities we are looking for:
Current experience 2-3 years as a General Manager with mix of mid-volume Fast Casual & QSR
3-5 years at each job
Great written and verbal communication skills
Passion for serviceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
