Our agency client is seeking an Account Director with a breadth of B2B and/or Pharma experience to join their full-time team.
You should already be an Account Director that is well versed in fully integrated traditional and digital advertising and marketing strategies and be able to be client facing and consult with them to uncover their pain points and develop strategies that will ultimately help them meet/exceed their goals.
In addition to having no less than 12 years of account services experience (no less than 3 as an Account Director) within an agency environment, you should also have a wealth of B2B experience and understand the ins and outs of what makes B2B advertising unique as compared to B2C and share best practices.
While having the right amount of strategic and industry specific experience is key - the right personality fit is just as essential to your success.
This is a midsized agency that works at an incredibly fast pace with large clients and you must be willing to be hands-on and wear multiple hats when needed.
It is vital that you have the strategic knowledge and the confidence and poise to back it up. You must know when to diplomatically fight for your vision and when to be open to what others have to say and if they decide to go in another direction.
