Job Description:
PwC's Learning and Development function is a key enabler of the PwC Experience, an element of the Firm's overall strategy. Integrating with the business, and implementing best-in-class teaching practices, this function supports and enables higher quality, and more relevant learning that is aligned with high performing teams. The Systems Process and Quality team oversees the major support functions of Learning and Development to provide delivery of our strategy throughout the development, implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the systems and processes that are used to run Learning and Development operations. The Process, Reporting & Compliance team develops operational reports, learning queries and reporting metrics for L&D leadership and project teams, consults with L&D stakeholders to design and develop learning reports that meet their business needs, verifies attendance and records CPE credit in the Learning Management System, follows-up on any data quality errors within the Learning Management System and verifies that the appropriate compliance documentation as per the NASBA Standards is collected for all CPE worthy courses delivered at PwC.

Experience: 2 Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED Knowledge Preferred: Demonstrates extensive knowledge of and/or proven success in roles consulting with project managers and stake holders to ascertain the necessary information required for the development of learning report development, emphasizing the following: - Using learning management systems, NASBA standards and CPE certifications - Creating complex reports and database solutions in a corporate environment related to learning and development systems - Self-managing priorities, resetting when necessary and keeping stakeholders updated on progress - Working independently to interpret business requirements appropriately. Skills Preferred: Demonstrates extensive abilities and success in roles partnering with project managers and stake holders to ascertain the necessary information required for the development of learning report development, emphasizing the following: Excellent working knowledge of MS Access and Excel - Importing and exporting data from learning management and other related systems into a variety of forms including MS Access and Excel, Outlook, ASCII, dBase, Paradox, FoxPro, SQL Server, Oracle, ODBC. - Creating tables, queries, forms and reports, and connect them together with macros. - Leveraging VBA programming language to write rich solutions with advanced data manipulation and user control, as well as MS Access Report creation features and SQL Statements

Location is flexible.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
