Job Description:
PwC's Learning and Development function is a key enabler of the PwC Experience, an element of the Firm's overall strategy. Integrating with the business, and implementing best-in-class teaching practices, this function supports and enables higher quality, and more relevant learning that is aligned with high performing teams. The Project Management and Implementation team works with other leaders in the Learning and Development organization to translate effectively line of service and/or business unit priorities and strategies into learning solutions, leading project teams in their creation and implementation.

Experience: 8 Minimum Degree: BachelorEUR(TM)s degree Additional requirements: Individuals who do not have a completed BachelorEUR(TM)s degree, but demonstrates at least nine years of proven success in progressive project management managerial roles, utilizing industry-standard instructional design, adult learning theory, and educational technology solutions and methods may also be considered. Certification(s) Preferred: Project Management Institute Certification Knowledge Preferred: Demonstrates proven intimate knowledge of, and success in roles involving, translating priorities and strategies into learning solutions within a Learning and Development organization, which includes the following areas: - Directing and managing project teams in the creation and implementation of building project teams to meet business stakeholdersEUR(TM) strategic priorities and needs, including leveraging instructional design, adult learning theory;, major educational technologies, and problem-based learning approaches to do so. - Incorporating American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and National State Boards of Accountancy (NSBA) requirements, including applicable ones to their Quality Assurance Standard Skills Preferred: Demonstrates proven intimate abilities and success directing teams that manage and implement simultaneous Learning and Development project plans end-to-end, from inception to completion, including these areas: - Creating, owning and executing complex project plans to achieve and deliver effective learning and exceed client expectations, emphasizing a proven success with building project teams with internal and external resources to meet client needs, driving accountability; planning and delivering large scale conferences, as well as classroom and technology-enabled learning programs. - Identification and addressing of client needs--building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of relationships helping to manage resource requirements, project workflow, budgets; and, preparing or coordinating complex written and verbal materials; - Content development, including the integration of instructional designEURi.e. adult learning theory, and educational technologies such as self-study, virtual classroom and performance supportEURand construction of high-level design plans, course designs and required redesigns; - Execution of assigned programs and projects; - Effective and efficient utilization of internal and external resources; - Resource management and allocation to negotiated and/or assigned project budgets; - Development, planning, and delivery of conferences, and classroom and technology-enabled learning programs. - Utilization of software to analyze reports and draft summary reports, such as Microsoft Office and other related firm-issued tools Demonstrates proven extensive abilities and success with directing and managing teams: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; coaching staff, including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback and managing relationships with experienced Managers, Directors and Learning and Relationship Directors, Catalog Managers and Business Sponsors.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
