Skills/
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree, 5
years of progressive, HR generalist experience in a large organization; preferably supporting a global population
o Strong client service orientation with balance on managing expectations
o Excellent follow-up skills; proven effective interpersonal and communication skills
o Strong team player with solid planning, judgment, flexibility, collaboration, and decision-making abilities
o Deals with complex requests with accuracy and efficiency
o Extremely detail oriented, expertise in fact checking, data verification, and cross-referencing complex information
o Strong analytical and research capabilities
o Strong technical and computer skills (SharePoint, MS Office, Taleo, PeopleSoft and other HR systems)
o Working knowledge and understanding of various human resources policies and procedures
