Sr. Production Supervisor, Bilingual

Leading and directing the production staff line;
Coordinating production activities with procurement, maintenance and quality control departments to achieve sustained and improved efficiencies;
Personnel scheduling;
Conducting regular visual line checks to insure proper dating, labeling, and packaging of the product;
Reviewing production paperwork;
Collecting and tracking production data;
Reporting information and variances to management;
Off-shift position.
EDUCATION: 4-year degree required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
3
years of supervisory experience,
Food/CPG manufacturing preferred;
Bilingual;
Knowledge of processes and mechanics of production line equipment;
Ability to manage, train and develop individuals;
Deductive reasoning skills and creative thinking;
Familiar with GMP, quality and hygiene standards for food manufacturing;
Computer proficient in in Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel;
Able and willing to work an off-shift.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
