Responsibilities:
Act as HR department liaison to internal staff members, external candidates, and vendors
Manage department records, including input of all new hire and termination paperwork
Consult with Generalists and Managers to ensure adherence to federal and state laws
Assist in coordinating administrative staff work assignments
Maintain/administer timekeeping database, attendance records, and overtime
Maintain recruiting portion of HRIS database and ATS
Post open positions and assist in assessing applicant responses
Prepare pre-employment tests, conduct verifications and background checks
Schedule candidate phone screens and interviews
Manage job application materials, including preparing and sending new hire offer packets
Prepare and distribute orientation schedules
Collaborate with HR team to maintain job descriptions
Additional administrative tasks, as required
Qualifications:
Solid experience with human resources procedures, compliance & recruiting
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS/Applicant Tracking Systems
Ability to work independently and manage confidential information
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to build relationships and provide high level of service to internal staff members and external clients
Ability to multi-task and prioritize within fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Bachelor's degree preferred

years of corporate HR experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
