Job Description:
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, has strong leadership abilities and works well independently to lead and improve supplier capability in the Storeroom; standardize and improve work processes; closely partner with our Customer's resources to improve productivity and address system losses; and proactively identify/address outages in work processes and individual performance.

Responsibilities
Lead and improve supplier capability in the Storeroom; standardize and improve work processes; closely partner with Customer resources to improve productivity and address system losses; and proactively identify/address outages in work processes and individual performance
Be the single point of contact (SPOC) for the Customer & the storeroom services provider
Understand the work processes of, Storeroom and COS Technical Database
Develop & train others in COS Functions and Storeroom work processes
Work with Customer's counterparts to explore system enhancements, new technologies and alternate work flow models in order to increase productivity and efficiency
Periodically reassign associates to busiest areas when necessary (flow to the work)
Accountable for the monthly/quarterly/annual results required of the associated business or work process. Work with department leaders to ensure all Customer required targets are met and maintained; safety, productivity, accuracy, QA, performance, and efficiency
Review personnel issues with the team leaders and coach and/or reprimand associates where needed as well as to document and file any performance and/or safety issues.
Work with Customer's Safety Manager as well as related department contacts in order to ensure that employees are following all current site/department safe practices as well as GMP's
Lead communication efforts in area of responsibility, which includes both-written & oral reports, presentations as well as status updates to the Site
Establish productivity standards, means to track, and document
Responsible in approving time off requests and the scheduling of replacements for the same, as well as helping team leaders to find personnel to fill in for sickness, holiday coverage, replacement staff, or any other unanticipated need of the business requiring coverage
Attend weekly meetings with Customer and present required compliance tracking documents. Develop action plans where necessary to achieve desired results
Responsible for the overall success in the development, deployment and the completion of training newly hired employees.
Qualifications
Understand the work processes of Storeroom and COS Technical Database
Understand the overall functions of Storeroom and Technical Database in order to develop and improve current processes towards a more efficient & productive operation
Experienced in:
Inventory Management
Storeroom Operations
Supervisory/Leadership
Communication Skills both Oral & Written
Project Management (helpful)
Strong Computer Skills w/experience in ERP systems, SAP, Excel (very important), Word, Power Point
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
