Production Supervisor

Duties include:
Oversee a team of frontline employees responsible for operating and maintaining high speed bottling equipment;
Manage relationships with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and the Warehouse to maximize efficiencies and achievement of targets;
Coach, mentor and develop team members to meet current and future business requirements;
Review daily achievement of targets and report variances during the on-the-floor and review meetings;
Use continuous improvement methodologies and projects to improve and streamline production;
Oversee the proper training of new hires and seasonal staff;
REQUIRED SKILLS:
5 or more years of experience within manufacturing;
2 or more years of experience in a supervisory capacity;
Prior experience in the consumer products or food industry with familiarity with quality and hygiene regulation desired;
Solid understanding of production processes and mechanics of line equipment;
Effective communication skills;
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
