Grayhill, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Quality Design Engineer to perform quality functions within the production team, serves as liaison to customer's quality team and insures appropriate quality activities are completed by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Interface with Key Customers' quality team for activities from product development through production support.
In coordination with Project Leaders, organize, plan, execute and document APQP quality processes on assigned development projects to include:
FMEAs
Control Plans
Validation Testing
Regulatory Certification Process
Piece Part PPAP Issues
Final Assembly ISIR/PPAP/Warrants
Work with Grayhill corporate quality department in compliance with all Grayhill quality requirements and processes. Ensuring that product group activities meets or exceeds both the internal corporate quality requirements and the customer quality requirements. Participate in monthly quality meetings. Participate in internal audits as assigned.
Manage the key customer warranty claim systems with timely responses. Analyze warranty claim data and report on opportunities for improvement to the business unit.
Document data obtained during all quality assurance activities, consistent with company policies and procedures.
Develop new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities.
Communicate significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provides recommended process improvements to management.
Prepare reports to communicate involvement and results of quality assurance activities.
Prepare and present technical and program information to team members and management.
Maintain a working knowledge of industry quality assurance codes and standards.
Lead the product groups' CCA process with timely and appropriate actions using 8D methodologies. Analyze CCA data and report on opportunities for improvement to the business unit.
On a monthly basis, gather, analyze and Key Customer's rating of Grayhill quality to the business unit. Determine and report on opportunities for improvement to the business unit.
Manage quality issues for assigned product at Grayhill and/or customer site requiring immediate containment, short term and long terms solutions (8D analysis). To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements:
Degree: Bachelors in Engineering
4 years related work experience in quality and/or training within the medical equipment quality field
Must have related ISO experience required within the medical equipment industry (examples: ISO 62304, IEC 60601, ISO 13485
Travel required approximately 10-20%

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
