Job Responsibilities Identify specific technologies and provide roadmaps for the design and development of new products and modification and improvement of existing products by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Develop and design new products and modify and improve existing products within bud
Evaluate and recommend new technologies
Select materials and in conjunction with manufacturing, select methods to be used in the assembly process
Provide complete working drawings when project is released from Engineering to Production
Participate in the testing and evaluation of designs and provide product specifications or test data as require
Analyze test data and reports to determine if design meets functional and performance specifications
Recommend new products and/or modifications and improvements to existing products
Interface with customers as necessary to clarify design objectives on projects and communicate updates to Sales Department
Provide technical support to internal and external customers

Able to generate creative solutions, translate concepts and information into images, uses feedback to modify designs, applies design principles and demonstrates attention to detail

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering
4 years of components manufacturing
3 years experience in injection molding - primarily plastics and silicone
Proficient in Pro Engineering, 3D CAD
4 years' experience with full life cycle in product components
Travel 15-20%

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
