Summary:
Position will fit a talented and driven professional who has prior recruitment coordinating experience. The position will also work on additional Human Resources tasks such as benefits, compensation, immigration and employee support.
Responsibilities:
-Manage HRIS recruiting and onboarding system
-Maintain relationships with Executive Search Firms
-Coordinate and schedule phone and on-site interviews
-Proctor candidate assessments
-Manage Job Boards
-General HR duties
-Special Projects as assigned by the Head of HR and Recruiting
-Back up to the HR Analyst
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree with a strong GPA (3.5 or higher)
-5
years work experience in recruiting
-Strong with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-Experience managing HRIS recruitment systems, Job Boards, Campus Recruitment and Executive Search Firm relationshipsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
