Positions are in Roseau, MN - RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROVIDED!
$1,000 REFERRAL BONUS
$400 Sign-On - $750 Relocation
Starting Wages: $14.75 per hour (and up depending on position and experience)
Assembly Operator:
As an assembly operator you will be required to perform a wide variety of tasks to prepare or build up vehicle parts, sub-systems, and components. You will install these systems on a moving assembly line, and perform inspections to ensure good quality. The position requires the use and operation of various power tools, hoists, and production equipment. You will be working in a repetitive, fast-paced environment and participate in teams to improve processes. This job requires you to lift up to 40lbs, bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, reach overhead, perform strong pinch and grip, push/pull up to 100lbs, and stand/walk up to 8 hour a day.
Welder:
Welders perform GMAW welding on carbon steel or aluminum and may operate Robotic welding equipment, including loading and unloading of parts from fixtures. Welders perform quality inspections and participate in teams to improve processes. This job requires you to lift up to 40 lbs., bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, reach overhead, perform strong pinch and grip, push/pull up to 100lbs, and stand/walk up to 8 hour a day. Starting pay: $15.56-$17.60
Material Handler/Forklift Driver:
As a material handler you will operate a forklift or tugger, process inventory transactions and transport materials and product to and within assigned departments and work areas. Material transport includes the loading and unloading of material from trailers at the load/unload docks. This position requires attention to detail in accurately verifying parts, quantities and purchase order information against packing slips. Material Handlers work in a fast paced environment where safety rules and regulations must be strictly followed. An individual in this position must complete training/certification as a Polaris forklift driver. This job requires you to lift up to 40 lbs., bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, reach overhead, perform strong pinch and grip, push/pull up to 100lbs, and stand/walk up to 8 hour a day. Starting pay: $15.56
