Job summaryJoin the team launching Amazon's physical stores across all formats! The Amazon Physical Stores Real Estate organization is responsible for the strategies and tactics to identify and secure real estate locations for all Amazon physical store formats.
We are looking for a strategic leader to identify and drive cross-format, cross-functional projects that unlock step changes in efficiency and effectiveness for our businesses.
This leader will partner with functions such as real estate managers, legal, store development, and business operations leaders to tackle the biggest challenges we face.
They will need to show a high degree of business judgment, an appetite to learn at a rapid pace, and the ability to relentlessly seek out and eliminate wasted effort in our store lifecycle processes.
They will show a willingness to adapt solutions to business specific needs, but also have the backbone to push for high standards and best practices where it is best for Amazon and our customers.
They will partner with product and software teams to solve problems with both process and product improvements, working on behalf of partners and stakeholders to improve our ability to grow our store portfolio.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
