We are looking for compassionate, empathetic people who enjoy helping others, for our PERSONAL INJURY CASE MANAGER position.
HYBRID and REMOTE positions available along with flex schedule opportunities.
Our nationwide team also knows how to have fun! Monthly activities include performance contests, virtual events, charity 5k runs and firm parties.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills and sense of empathy Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Experience using a Personal Injury client database software Law firm experience preferred Education:
High School graduate or higher
Responsibilities:
Act as primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters and medical providers for pre-litigation cases Identify and manage case complications such as UIM claims, Medicare and Medicaid cases, and premises liability Create comprehensive demand packages for submission to insurance carriers Work with attorneys and support staff to guide clients through their case and provide an exceptional level of customer service Compensation and
