Quick Apply Full-time 3 hours ago Full Job Description DOOR ATTENDANT JOB DESCRIPTION -- DUTIES & FUNCTIONS The schedule of the position may vary beyond the business hours assigned initially due to seasonal workflow, if new construction, the front-loaded nature of commencing operations, and schedule changes resulting from personnel conflicts.
The employee should remain flexible to respond to such adjustment as needed.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following, and are subject to change based on the evolving nature of the Condominium Life Cycle criteria.
Shift is ONLY:
Thursday through Monday 3rd shift:
11 p.
m.
to 7 a.
m.
; Days off Tuesday and Wednesday 30 minute lunch break, 40 hours per week Job Complexity and Critical Skills The employee will be able to communicate effectively in oral and written form; possess and demonstrate acceptable customer service skills; be able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitor and operate electronic security control systems; accurately maintain daily logs, records and forms and perform other duties as assigned by the On-Site Property Manager or Property Supervisor.
Keep Management informed of all situations and incidents as they occur at your location.

Communication/Customer Service Skills:
Greet all visitors properly.
Answer the telephone properly.
Receive and accurately document resident /guest concerns and forward them to the appropriate/department or person for resolution.

Fire Medical Elevator Malfunctions Evacuation Procedures Water Damage Electrical Power Failure Severe Weather Access Control:
Resident Visitors/Guests Contractors/Vendors Law Enforcement/Civil Process Servers Fast Food and Flower/Courier Deliveries Monitor and Control Electronic Security Control Systems:
Close Circuit Television (CCTV) System Elevator Control Systems Other Specialized Equipment Maintain Daily Log, Records and Forms:
Daily Computer Typed Report Equipment and Key Control Log Visitor Log Other Duties as assigned by the On-Site Property Manager:
Updating Computer Records Assist with Resident Notifications Assist with Special Events and Requirements JOB TASKS Communication/Customer Service Skills.
When greeting individuals, stand and address them by name if possible.
Maintain eye contact when speaking; listen to what is being said.
Give a clear response using a friendly tone of voice and correct grammar.
Take notes discretely if necessary.
Answer the telephone with the greeting of the day, the place, your name and how may I assist you?, i.
