Job Summary The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in the key areas of recruiting experienced agents, coaching, and training new agents.
The Assistant Manager is expected to support and promote all company products, services, programs and personnel in order to fulfill the company's vision of delivering an extraordinary real estate experience.
This is a position with our Lincoln Park brokerage office located at 2526 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago, IL 60614.
Qualifications Knowledge of effective training techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Comprehensive understanding of contracts and negotiations Strong social media and marketing skills High capacity of technology usage in real estate industry Bachelor degree preferred Prior sales management experience preferred 3
years real estate sales experience required Must hold an active Illinois Managing Broker's License or obtain license within six months from date of employment Valid Illinois driver's license and be willing to travel to various company locations.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
