Our condo association is a high-end class A building in bustling Chicago.
We are looking for someone who is friendly and engaging, ready to assist residents and guests, with a focus on security and safety of the property and occupants.
Staff members are expected to assist residents/guests by opening doors, calling for taxis, reporting issues to maintenace, logging in delivery information/packages, and announcing guests, all while adhering to the Door person handbook and upholding the Rules and Regulations of the Association.
Basic computer skills are required.
Available shift is Saturday through Wednesday 3pm to 11pm (non-negotiable).
SEIU Local 1 experience is preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
