What you'll doReporting into the Revenue Enablement organization, this person is responsible for empowering Sales and Customer Success teams by creating engaging and scalable product training.
This person will align to a product group (e.
g.
, eSignature, CLM) and will own existing product enablement as well as new product introduction and retirement.
You will work closely with Revenue Enablement team members to uncover additional technical skill and knowledge needs and build new training programs to bridge the gaps.
You will act as a strategic advisor to product teams for Go-To-Market (GTM) enablement planning plus partner to design and develop product learning content.
In this role, you will contribute to a broader enablement strategy that ensures our GTM teams have the know-how and skill to best position our product suite, resulting in a sales velocity that is industry leading and best in class.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Content.
Responsibility Act as an Enablement Trusted Advisor for Product Marketing, Product Management, and Technical GTM Roles to address Revenue Field Enablement needs Design and develop product-focused content for global audiences to be delivered live and asynchronously using modern learning technologies Design eLearning courses using content from Product and other contributing teams (e.
g.
, Pricing and Packaging, Compete) in partnership with the Instructional Design team Project manage the execution of the GTM enablement plan of record to ensure the successful launch of new products and features Analyze key metrics to measure end to end success of GTM readiness from lead generation to deal close Understand the product life cycle and GTM approach, using knowledge to build credibility and trust with cross-functional stakeholders Partner with Revenue Enablement Performance partners to plug product enablement into a framework for role-based competencies Drive production of Quarterly Release enablement activities and deliverables Demonstrate thought leadership and expertise in latest enablement trends, tools, programs and technologies Manage stakeholders cross-functionally as well as identify and nominate knowledge champions as SMEs within the business Collaborate with Learning ops to create appropriate certification and badging with proper tracking and reporting Partner closely with the Performance Partner, Delivery, and Learning Operations Teams in Enablement to drive an integrated quarterly and annual planWhat you bringBasic 8
years of experience 5
years of combined experience in sales and/or Customer Success and enablement function Experience in leading and project managing multiple initiatives of varying complexity and timeframesPreferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong project and time management skills Attention to detail and exemplary organizational skills Strong judgment, initiative and sense of urgency A strategic thinker able to formulate sales enablement programs that are high impact and scalable, always keeping the end goal in mind Can communicate effectively, written and verbally, with product, sales, customer success, marketing, and operations teams Demonstrated ability to design enablement strategies and oversee the execution of learning solutions to drive outcomes Ability to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders Ability to influence with a confident, engaging, and inspiring approach Insatiable curiosity and love of product technology Analytical skill set to drive insights from data and measure the impact of enablement programs at scale Experience with product training delivery and course design Knowledge of content development tools (e.
