Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage staff schedules, payroll, and performance reviews.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer service.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Train and coach staff on customer service techniques.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
