What we're looking for This role will work closely with management in leading cross-functional, advanced analytical projects to optimize user onboarding and growth, using a combination of descriptive analytics, experimentation, segmentation, and predictive/prescriptive machine learning.
A successful candidate should have experience planning and executing end-to-end analyses and communicating recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.
What You'll Do Collaborate with stakeholders to execute measurement strategies, build models, and consult on experimental design for enterprise growth projects.
Advise on data-driven decisions and challenge the status quo for growth project measurement.
Work with product, business, analytics, and data engineering teams to enhance analytical capabilities.
Use dbt and Redshift for feature engineering, transforming raw data into useful aggregations.
Use web and app analytics to rank opportunities for conversion optimization.
We use Segment and Amplitude for this.
Build and maintain production-ready machine learning models using Python and Dataiku.
Review analytics code in SQL and Python, write unit tests, and give feedback on data structuring and modeling.
Qualifications Quantitative education (e.
g.
, economics, math, computer science, data science, or statistics).

years working with business and technical stakeholders on measurement and data science projects.
Major contributions to real-world machine learning projects that solve business problems, particularly about conversion propensity, forecasting, and audience segmentation.
Experience contributing to maintainable python code bases.
Expertise with SQL, JSON data, and key Python packages like pandas and scikit-learn.
Strong preference for experience with A/B testing, digital tracking of apps or media, and event-level datasets.
