House Administrator Description:
The House Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of clinical units within Mount Sinai Hospital.
Working closely with unit managers and the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer, the House Administrator ensures units and caregivers run effectively, conflicts are resolved, and policies are followed.
The House Administrator is expected to be knowledgeable in both clinical skills to act as a resource during clinical code responses, but also in hospital operations including emergency incident management.
The House Administrator will demonstrate contributions to compliance, education, leadership, and a patient-centric environment across the hospital.
