Your Role:
As our HR Director, you'll be at the forefront of our agency's success, connecting with talented individuals and creating an engaging work enviornment that celebrates diversity, collaboration and individuality.
This role is the heartbeat of our organization, combining your vibrant giftedness & personality with your strategic mindset to guide our people towards greatness.
This key role partners with senior leadership and personnel to support a healthy environment, culture, and a successful business.
You will develop, implement, and maintain human resources policies and procedures, including talent acquisition, training, performance & change management, disciplinary procedures, and overall employee relations.
This is a critical role for planning in multiple areas, such as growth, benefits, resources, employee engagement & satisfaction, succession planning, career paths, discipline, etc.
It will require a selfless approach to helping others, a positive approach to challenges, a sense of urgency, excellent listening skills, the ability to work well with a team, diplomacy, and a commitment to honesty and transparency always.

Plan and organize fun-filled team-building events, workshops, and outings that encourage camaraderie and foster lasting connections.

Ensure compliance with HR regulations and employment law (Federal and State) making sure were always ahead of the curve.

Requirements Include:
A natural people person with an engaging enthusiasm.
Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration or a related field, SHRM certification preferred Proven experience as a HR leader in a fast-paced creative agency setting A passion for creativity and innovation Ability to seek, engage and recruit strategic and creative talent Superior verbal, written, and oral communication skills within all levels of an organization Teamwork and leadership experience Strong planning, organizational and, change & conflict management skills Supporting a growing company in a dynamic industry within a creative, flexible work environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
