Registered Nurse (RN) - Step Down (PCU) - $55/HR - Contracts
RN - Progressive Intermediate Step Down PCU (Contract Nursing) o
Job Description:
Responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion and skilled communication, leads efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
oPay:
Starting $50 - $55 / hour oPosition:
PCU Step Down & IMCU oPatient Types:
Step down & IMCU Patients o
Qualifications:
o Able to read and interpret strips, manage central lines, start IVs and draw blood.
Able to titrate the following drips:
cardizem, heparin, and insulin BLS/CPR through the AHA IL- RN license Minimum 2 years of recent experience in inpatient hospital setting Experience utilizing EPIC software oStart Date- ASAP or 7/24/2023 Length of Contract - 13 weeks w/ possible extensions 12 hour shifts - 36 hours per week Shift:
Night - _7pm-7:
30am_ Weekend Rotation :
Must work every other weekend o
