You have a background in B2C product (or SaaS) marketing, with a track record of significant company growth year over year You are positive, driven, responsive, and are constantly looking for ways to optimize and create solutions You are not satisfied with the status quo and are always looking to optimize You anticipate issues and are a strong problem solver You are a smart, fast learner, creative and proactive, with a focus on team execution You consistently meet deadlines while working independently, managing concurrent projects in a high pressure, fast-paced environment Heres what you will do as our Marketing You will develop and grow our rapidly growing travel product focusing on destination weddings.
Develop the creative, brand, content, communications, and distribution strategy for our destination wedding platform Confidently run strategy for the team and are capable of jumping to do the work yourself as needed Build and promote an analytically focused culture and utilize data-driven insights to drive strategic and tactical you are analytical, data driven, and attribution obsessed Live in data with extensive experience in GA4, BigQuery, GTM, GDS (GLS) Build and manage a team of 2-3 direct reports and up to 3-5 external resources (contractors, agencies, resources) Be accountable for team and project outcomes PI227991228 Recommended Skills Analytical Communication Coordinating Creativity Curiosity Problem Solving Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
