Job Description Our client, a growing global organization in the medical device manufacturing space located in downtown Chicago, is looking for an HR Director to run HR processes for all of North America! This is a hybrid, solo role and will not have any direct reports to start off, but this person will hire a Generalist as one of their first tasks.
This HR Director will be the sole decision maker for all things HR in North America andwill support about 100 corporate staff and will work closely with other key decision makers abroad in the US and abroad.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all HR department initiatives and projects in North America, partnering with senior leadership Create an HR department strategy in line with the business needs of the company, including but not limited to performance management, employee development, retention and engagement programming and compensation projects Handle employee relations issues from the day to day to more complex investigations Provide coaching and training to managers on a regular and ongoing basis Work with top leadership and executives to further the policies and procedures of the HR department, as well as the overall goals of the company HR Director Requirements:
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred 8
years of HR generalist experience with emphasis on employee relations, performance management and talent development Ability to strategically plan and execute programs and projects, and must be comfortable making HR decisions on their own Excellent communication skills, business acumen and working knowledge of human resources If you are interested in this HR Director opportunity and qualify for the role, apply today! The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
