What You Will Do :
Play a critical role in shaping and executing our product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the success of the Destify app in revolutionizing the destination wedding industry.
Lead a talented team of product owners, product support managers, UI/UX and Design.
You will closely collaborate with the Engineering Team Lead and Platforms Leader to deliver a best-in-class product and user experience that will accelerate Destifys growth.
Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with the companys overall goals.
Identify market trends, user needs, and competitor insights to drive innovative product solutions.
Lead and Manage a team of product owners, product support managers and UI/UX designers.
Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional development within the product team.
Create, prioritize and execute the product roadmap based on data-driven insights and strategic priorities.
Work closely with leadership, engineering and design to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
Monitor and track progress against product milestones, proactively identifying and addressing roadblocks.
Champion user-centric design principles, ensuring the Destify app provides an intuitive and delightful experience for our customers.
Analyze user feedback, conduct usability tests, and leverage analytics to optimize product performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand revenue goals and align product strategies to support growth objectives.
Analyze product metrics, KPIs, and financial data to make data-informed decisions and recommendations.
Collaborate with marketing to develop effective go-to-market strategies for new product features and launches.
Utilize your deep understanding of the product and its benefits to support marketing efforts with targeted content and relevant data that resonates with the target audience.
Provide insights and feedback from customer interactions to continuously refine strategies, ensuring maximum impact and success for product launches.
