Responsibilities:
Prepare tenant welcome letters and gift packages Assist with utility start-up/stop service Administer Freedom of Information Act requests Assist with SNDA & Estoppel mailings Maintain OSHA subcontractor agreements Ability to work proactively and independently in a high-volume environment Be adaptable to various competing demands of the office Able to multi-task andprioritize Be a self-starter that is highly organized with excellent attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Requirements:
2-5 years' experience in customer service/office environment Expertise in all Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Previous exposure to commercial real estate is a plus Job Type:
