Sr Specialist, PXT Strategy
This PXT Specialist is a highly visible role that is both strategic and hands-on.
The right candidate will serve as a consultant, business partner, and program leader for Communications within the WWCS PXT organization.
The PXT Specialist will work behind-the-scenes to develop processes for communications in WWCS PXT in close coordination with Sr.
PXT and business leaders.
The role is critical in creating standard work, providing great internal customer support, driving PXT functional excellence, and continuously improving process.
Key job responsibilities Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
o Attend all planning meetings; work with the PXT Strategy team to create standard communication mechanisms for PXT.
o Plan and facilitate the WWCS HR Q2/Q4 All Hands Meetings.
o Own WWCS PXT Connections analysis, reporting, and action item follow-up.
o Own communications for change initiatives in WWCS and WWCS PXT.
o Develop engaging communications mechanisms for diversity/inclusion, site visits, monthly highlights, peak and talent updates.
o Support additional projects, as necessary.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Austin, TX, USA Chicago, IL, USA Nashville, TN, USA Seattle, WA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
