Summary:
The weekly work shift is Monday through Friday:

50am to 12:
00pm and Saturdays:

00pm; There is a 11:

00pm shift that we ask to be available if needed.
Must be punctual, no tardiness.
Light janitorial duties at times.
Performs a variety of public administrative and business support functions in accordance with the Policies and Procedures of the Organization-Confidentiality, Safety, State & Federal Regulations and Accreditation Standards.
Essential Duties 1.
Adheres to the Policies & Procedures of the Organization - Confidentiality, Code of Ethics, Safety & Health, State and Federal Regulations and Accreditation Standards.
2.
Maintains adequate security policy & procedure that create state of being or feeling secure to all.
3.
Maintains safety of the organization against criminal activity such as terrorism, gangs, or adverse weather.
4.
Co-coordinate and Implement the Safety and Crowd Management in/out facility in a dignified way.
5.
Participates in Public Education, In-service Training, and Advocacy as assigned.
6.
Develops sound working relationships with supervisors, co-workers, persons served and outside parties.
7.
Maintains a positive attitude towards the organization, and supports its goals and objectives.
8.
Represents the organization with a positive image, and attends required meetings and presentations.
9.
Co-coordinate and disseminate marketing materials door-to-door to needed communities in order to attract and recruit more patients as assigned.
10.
Participates in Case Reviews/Case Staffing as assigned.
11.
Participates in Quality Improvement Committee and other Committees as assigned.
12.
Does rounds inside/outside the facility as deemed necessary.
13.
Accompanies all staff to and from the parking lot when arriving or leaving work.
14.
First person to make it to work; last to leave.
15.
Cleans the facility during down time and before leaving.
16.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Specification Ability to maintain Personnel and Customers Confidentiality Knowledge of general office procedures and practices in a professional manner Knowledge of written communication formats, business English and composition Ability to communicate with employees and other business customers in a courteous and professional manner Ability to hear and speak well enough to hold conversation face-to-face and over telephone Ability to see well enough to adequately document negative/criminal activities observation for the management, and law enforcement agencies without any reprimand from the organization Respects fundamental human rights without the use of restraints or unlawful custody.
Must use the law enforcement agency (911-Emergency Phone line) in case of any aggressive physical interruption and/or life and death situations beyond organization peaceful management.
Minimum Qualifications 1.
High School Diploma or its equivalent 2.
Completion of several courses in security services and crowd control 3.
Must be currently licensed as a Private Security Officer in Illinois 4.
Two (2) years experience in addiction treatment facility security service field 5.
Must not have any Criminal Records (must consent to criminal background check) 6.
Aspiration of professional self-development and growth 7.
Excellent time management, resourceful and flexible, especially when needed for the Security of the Program during Methadone Deliveries from Manufacturers, and/or escorting Nurses while Borrowing Methadone from other Clinics.
