The Personal Assistant will be responsible for performing tasks across a variety of projects.
They include administrative support, calendar management, correspondence management, and marketing.
The Personal Assistant should be able to coordinate and communicate effectively, be proactive, detail-oriented, and have strong written and verbal skills.
We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys marketing and communicating with people.
This is a part-time hybrid role that is located in Chicago, IL.
We are looking for 10-15 hours of work a week and the assignment will start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities Grow Dr.
Bialek's customer list through personalized emails, calls, and creative social media outreach Write effective and compelling messaging to engage targeted accounts Analyze marketing data and develop strategic approaches to raise awareness and generate interest for MC21 and other projects Create and prioritize target account and contact lists Participate in high level conversations with prospective clients Manage calendar and document organization Draft correspondence (letters, thank you notes, emails, and marketing campaigns).
Schedule appointments and keep record/calendar of needed appointments.
Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as an assistant in a professional/corporate environment Ability to master tasks effectively and efficiently Positive attitude:

Self-starter always looking for ways to do your job better.
