Retail Media Manager

OverviewThe Retail Media Manager will drive the strategic direction for our digital retail media efforts in activating best-in-class retail media plans across key strategic customers.
As an integral part of the media team, this position will take an active role in bridging the goals of the sales team and the integrated marketing team to bring to market a cohesive omnichannel media strategy.
This individual will have an active lead role in developing and delivering audience targeting strategies and leverage consumer data to help drive efficiency and efficacy of all retail digital marketing efforts, with a focus on offsite retail.

Within the team, the Retail Media Manager will lead point on all retail media, collaborating with other channel leads and respective agency partners, driving digital thought leadership throughout all holistic plans.
Within the Integrated Marketing department, the Retail Media Manager will partner closely with marketing analytics, ensuring clear and consistent communication of results and driving measurement-driven test plans.
Finally, within the broader organization, this individual will elevate digital innovation and best practices to promote a shared understanding of opportunities and outcomes.
This role will report directly to the Director - Media, Integrated Marketing.
Primary interfaces will be with Sales, Product Marketing, agency partners, and retail media sales contacts.
Responsibilities Works with Director - Media and sales leads to define strategy and implementation of retail media plans across BISSELL categories across key customers in North America Drive incremental growth through retail media; buld and scale digital media acquisition levers, managing technical tools, and implementing testing progams Track and meet revenue goals across business units.
Develop annual goals and budgets.
Drive new media opportunities and targeting - i.

Audiences, platforms, bid strategies, etc.
Lead media optimizations based on available data sources - i.
e.
multitouch attribution, etc.
Lead effective communication of media plans and optimizations throughout the organization including Marketing, Sales and leadership.
Understand, commmunicate and adapt to emerging trends and platforms in a rapidly changing media landscape May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

8-10 years Agency experience is a must Direct experience working with retail media network:
Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Roundel, etc as a primary function of ones' job Preferred Experience / Education:
Hands-on-keyboard experience in a digital performance channel function (retail performance channel, such as Amazon DSP, preferred) Well-rounded background:
general understanding of the broader media landscape outside of retail media, how retail media fits in a total media strategy Customer mentality:
understands the nuanced relationship between suppliers and customers, helps navigate complexities.
