Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok (potential) We are seeking a Social Media professional that can both capture and create content and post that content on relevant social media platforms.
Greenwise will provide direction on content and can assist in providing photos and videos, though we will rely on the Social Media Manager to capture content as well.
This professional should be local to the Chicago market.
Responsibilities:
Create content (photography, written content) through on-site visits with crews and collaboration with sales staff Effectively use Instagram Reels and other video tools to display Greenwise's landscaping work Understand client interests and seasonal trends to create content that's relevant for time of year and Greenwise's client demographic Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and number of followers Monitor and report on performance metrics, analytics and campaign effectiveness
Experience:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role Knowledge of content creation, proofreading, and video editing Strong understanding and experience with social media marketing tools, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok Basic photography skills for capturing visual content (videos and photos) Proficient in graphic design software for creating visually appealing content Familiarity with lawn care or related service industries is a plus, but not required Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred, but not required If you are passionate about creating content for social media, we want to hear from you!
