8AM-5PM or 9AM-6PM Responsibilities Include:
Outbound calling to confirm faxes received Using our online fax portal to send electronic faxes Updating our portal with the status after every call with accurate information Following our call protocols to maintain consistency Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as needed Following HIPAA compliant guidelines carefully when leaving voicemails or sending emails Required Experience & Skills:
Exceptional Phone & Communication Skills.
Reliable Internet services Detail Orientated and Responsible.
Accurate Data Entry Skills.
Ability to multitask & adapt to changes.
