Data Architect/ Modeler
Job Title - Lead Architect/ Data Modeler Location:
Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL Hybrid (1x a week) Duration:
12 MonthsPosition's Contributions to Work Group:
o Provide oversight for architecture assessment and design for infrastructure, information or integration domains that provide core capabilities for the enterprise.
o Lead Architecture design of end-to-end enterprise integrated systems that serves multiple business functions.
o Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data model and metadata structures for complex projects.
o Define which data is extracted and the rules by which it is transformed for complex projects.
o Initiate and deliver technology evaluation and recommendations.
o Develop and maintain current, planned and future state architecture blueprints.
o Lead the efforts for Enterprise Technology and Application Rationalization.
o Ensure programs maintain an enterprise-wide view to support adoption of standards and practices and promote reuse.
o Develop, improve, validate, and use tools to facilitate Digital Architecture efforts.
o Lead in the development and alignment of the roadmaps with the Digital business strategy.
o Lead in the identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers and requirements that drive the future state architecture.
o Initiate and deliver Strategic Roadmaps and gain commitment for enterprise level architecture.
o Lead strategy and architecture for new enterprise technology platforms.
o Leads for a specific business function.
o Employee is also responsible for performing other job duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Candidate Requirementso Bachelor's degree preferred.

Technical Skills (Required)o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
o Expert ability to work independently and manage one's time.
o Expert leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
o Expert knowledge of logical data modeling and physical data modeling.
o Expert knowledge of computer software, such as SQL, Visual Basic, Oracle, etc.
CompensationThis is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position $85- $95(compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
