Experience:
2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong JIRA Exp Financial domain experience Functional Skills:
Initial submission of requests on behalf of users Validating entitlements with users Shaping and defining roles for entitlements Create Business requirements and prepare detailed BRDs, Use-case scenarios, Functional and Technical specification documents.
Participates in the user acceptance testing and sign-off.
Agile BA skills - Backlog creation, Backlog grooming, Story sizing, Sprint planning, Daily stand-up, Sprint reviews and Retrospective sessions in the above projects.
Demonstrated experience in data/Application analysis.
Ability to formulate Functional and Non-Functional Requirements Ability to document data management principles e.
g.
Data Dictionary, Data Types, Rules and Logic.
Experience coordinating information requirements from across multiple systems.
Ability to lead and facilitate business requirements and data analysis and modelling sessions.
Ability to elicit detailed requirements from functional, business and technical teams.
Strong communication skills, technical and business writing skills Ability to interact and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Technical / Non-Technical Skills:
Excellent business analysis skills.
Ability to understand and articulate business requirements.
Need strong analytical skills and ability to think laterally.
Attention to detail and proactive.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with to ensure client satisfaction.
