Responsibilities:
To provide strategic leadership to the global contract to deliver significant business growthEnsure health and safety is given the number one priority by driving and embedding a Zero Harm culture across the organization and by delivering all safeguard administration in advance of and during logistical operationsDevelop business strategy in line with current and emerging client needs to meet the unique requirements of the client and alignment with the Strategic Accounts strategyContinually seek ways to maximise profitability and enhance service quality by driving excellence and innovations in service delivery and pushing for more efficient service delivery and cost efficienciesDevelop and foster strong relationships at all levels within the client organization to ensure strong retention and identify new business opportunitiesEnsure the Sodexo Clients for Life program is implemented and sustained across all clientsAct as the key strategic interface between our client(s), Sodexo Directors and functional delivery teams developing a global community of best practice and expertiseHow You'll Make an Impact:
As the Senior Global Operations Executive, you will provide confident, visible leadership, ensuring standards are set and delivered, talent and resources are utilised optimally, client relationships are nurtured and developed and all opportunities for best practice and capability growth are leveragedSelecting, managing, engaging, and developing highly performing and diverse account team, with right skills and capabilities, particularly technical/professional skills are acquired and developed in line with contract(s), client and segment needsTake overall responsibility for ensuring the contract perform to budget and achieve their business plans and improve financial performance utilising nominated suppliers, maximising labour productivity in line with Company models, policies and procedures and controlling costsEngaging the operational senior relationships with key clients on a routine basis and lead by example in providing excellence in contract/relationship managementSeeking candidates with:
