Job Description:
This role will be in involved in Mainframe Migration efforts moving the existing programs to Git version control(GitHub) from SCLM10
years of Mainframe experienceShould have experience in moving Source Code/Programs from SCLM to GithubCOBOL, JCL programming, DB2 (Intermediate Level) is requiredGood knowledge and hands-on experience on IBM utilities, Control-M, FileAid, SPUFIKnowledge of DFSORT, Version control tool ( preferably SCLM or Endevor )Exposure to Dev Ops and L2/L3 SupportExposure on Service Now, APV, DynatraceExposure in Change Request Planning, Disaster Recovery ( DR ) Planning and ExecutionCommunicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong interpersonal and teamwork skillsAdditional SkillsDB2 Stored Procedure is a plusKnowledge of CICS ( Beginner ) and MQKnowledge of R-DZ ( Rational Developer for System z ) is a plusJOB ResponsibilitiesShould have experience in moving Source Code/Programs from SCLM to Github Exposure to Dev Ops and L2/L3 Support Knowledge of DFSORT, Version control tool ( preferably SCLM or Endevor ) Mandatory Skills Mainframe SAS GIT HUB JCL Recommended Skills Cobol (Programming Language) Communication Control M Customer Information Control System (Cics) Disaster Recovery Dynatrace Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
