Role Description OXYGY Business Analysts must be self-directed, organized, creative, able to prioritize, strong communicators, and have an exceptional ability to manage projects and tasks.
The position may include, but not be limited, to the following:
Support transformation from a people perspective, including:
1) change management processes, such as impact assessments; 2) corporate learning, and 3) communications Manage the operational side of virtual and in-person events, such as workshops, team meetings, and client engagement activities Maintain systems and tools for keeping track of client engagements, ongoing projects, talent capabilities, and talent availability Support client projects by developing materials, such as presentations, virtual or in-person workshop activities, documents, and communications Directly engage client subject matter experts on the development of strategies and hybrid learning materials to grow organizational capabilities Analyze and present data, such as client and project metrics, feedback surveys, and internal talent activity Manage internal projects, such as the development of new processes or tools Support in-person and virtual meeting facilitation through mastery of tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, Miro, and Mentimeter Qualifications To be considered, successful candidates will have:
Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of work experience OR Master's/advanced degree with 1 year of work experience A degree and strong academic record in a relevant field, such as business, communications, marketing, economics, psychology, or public policy Interest, experience, or training in project management Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Superior verbal and written communication, including the ability to efficiently summarize and present information in simple, engaging, visual, and creative ways Proactive problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Ability to self-start, work independently, and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks Ability to demonstrate empathy and understand the perspectives of diverse stakeholders Appreciation for teamwork and the ability to engage collaboratively in dynamic environments Resilience in overcoming challenges, maintaining composure during uncertainty, and integrity in professional settings Openness to innovative ideas and quick adaptation to new technologies that can be creatively leveraged to meet project needsCommitment to continuous learning and a strong desire to pursue a long-term career in consulting Availability to travel to and work in person in Bucktown, Chicago regularly Although not required, these skills will be beneficial and can affect a higher pay rate or the level at which someone might be hired:
Ability to speak more than one language (English fluency required) Familiarity with QuickBase or Tableau Understanding of various industry business models and key dynamics; experience in the Life Sciences, Apparel, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industries A strong aptitude for and/or certification in project management The ability to collaborate across and outside the organization to meet client needs Additional Information The total compensation range for this role is $50,000-$60,000, which is inclusive of benefits.
Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, and qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
