CPQ Solution Architecture and Development:
Propose, design, develop, test, and implement CPQ solutions on the Salesforce platform to support our sales/quoting processes.
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze CPQ-related requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Customization:
Customize and configure Salesforce CPQ to meet specific business needs, including creating product catalog structures, pricing rules, and approval processes.
Integration:
Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other systems and applications to ensure data consistency and streamline end-to-end business processes.
Automation:
Create and maintain automation processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder and Flow, to optimize CPQ workflows.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Perform thorough testing of CPQ solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
User Training and Support:
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of CPQ solutions.
