Navigate intricacies of the US Department of Labor, National Visa Center, consular processing, various visas, and AOS procedures.
Masterfully draft USCIS petitions, applications, and supporting documents.
Conduct in-depth research and assemble comprehensive application packages.
Expertly manage Requests for Evidence, Motions, and Appeals.
Keep clients informed of case progress and navigate procedural complexities.
Qualifications:
Possess 2
years of business/employment immigration experience in a US law firm environment.
Demonstrate a proven track record with PERM, H-1Bs, L-1s, O-1s, P-1s, E-2s, and EB-1s.
Possess robust knowledge of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa procedures.
Excel at drafting and gathering documentation for various legal demands.
Hold a bachelor's degree (minimum).
Master organizational, written/verbal communication, and analytical skills.
Utilize immigration case management systems with ease.
Be willing to work full-time, onsite, in Chicago 60654.
