Provide responsive and high-quality technical support to hotels and internal users regarding payment transactions, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely issue resolution. Issue Diagnosis:
Collaborate with internal application teams to analyze and diagnose payment-related issues, identifying root causes and potential solutions. Issue Resolution:
Work diligently to resolve payment-related issues, applying technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure a smooth and efficient resolution. Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with hotels and internal teams, keeping stakeholders informed of the status of issues and resolutions. Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed records of support requests, issue resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures, contributing to a knowledge base for future reference. Technical Skills:
Utilize technical skills, including MySQL and Splunk, to analyze and interpret payment data and logs for issue resolution. Escalation:
Escalate complex issues to senior support personnel or development teams as needed, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
